LOCATION
The Marina Part investment project is constructed in Budapest XIIIth District, on the banks of the Danube, in the area bordered by Meder Street – Rákos Creek – Cserhalom Street, in several stages.
The first stage is located, with its 3 residential buildings, directly by the Danube, on the northern part of the site, between the Meder and Turóc Streets. The second and third stages, comprising 5 residential buildings each, can be found between Turóc Street and the River Bank. The houses of the fourth stage are built directly adjacent to the second stage, towards the Bay on the Danube bank. In the 30 m wide strip on the bank of the Danube, parks, resting gardens and promenades are being developed.
TRANSPORT FACILITIES, ACCESSIBILITY
The site is situated between the Váci Road and the Danube, in a calm area of clean air, near the Downtown. The 2×3-lane Váci Road creates good connection with the Downtown and the Metro Line 3 provides easy public transport opportunity.
