This new world is being built by one of Budapest's greatest investors and developers, Autoker Holding Zrt. The company, whose total investment in Hungary reaches 30 billion forints, constructs not only residential buildings but also office buildings and has development projects in the fields of logistics, telecommunication and the energy sector. Its already completed residential complexes are the 316-apartment Cézár-Ház and the nearly 450-apartment Kleopátra-Ház in Újlipótváros. This part of the city has significant traditions, and is developing dynamically.

The 380-apartment Római Kert having been constructed in the neighbourhood of the Cézár-Ház, is a worthy continuation of the town development work commenced in the Újlipótváros. The central location of the properties enables quick access to the Downtown area, and the green oases of the surroundings, the Szent István park and the Margit-sziget offer excellent opportunities to have a rest and relax. Thus, the closeness of nature is sensible even in the Downtown.
The company's condominium, the 53-apartment Heléna-Ház of historic atmosphere, built in a monumental environment, can be found in the Downtown area at the junction of Deák Ferenc tér and Andrássy út. The condominium of unique design, with its impressive façade, speaks highly of the work of an Ybl-prize holder architect.
Likewise the Király Udvar project, also built in the Downtown area, duly fits into the environment mellowed with age, and comprises 140 apartments. Léda Ház, implemented in Székely Mihály Street is situated in close proximity to Pest Broadway too. The 200-apartment newest residential building under construction now in Szinyei Merse Street reflects Autoker's varied Downtown's property supply. The project is named after the street: "House in Szinyei Merse Street".
Last but not least, in a part of the Downtown area which was declared by UNESCO to be part of the World Heritage, is the refurbishing of a truly impressive building complex: Gozsdu Court. The 4800 m2 "chain of courts" interconnecting Király and Dob Streets will be composed of seven buildings and six courts enclosed by the buildings. In Gozsdu Court and in Holló Street houses integrally coupled with it, a total of 246 apartments of luxury standard are being built.
